Eligibility and Selection Process
The Mechanical One Home Giveaway is open to all full-time employees in good standing. To be considered, you must have been employed with Mechanical One for a minimum of 1 year and have a consistent record of positive work attributes such as excellence in service, dedication, and teamwork.
Selection will be based on a point system that considers factors such as:
- Hire date must be before January 1 of current year employment
- Complete a comprehensive financial wellness program
- Perform 20 hours of community service
- 5 year homestead requirement
- Be in good standing with the company
The lucky winner of the Mechanical One Home Giveaway will receive the keys to a brand new, beautifully constructed home in a desirable location within our service area.
