Since 1976, Energy Air has been the premier leader in HVAC in the greater Central Florida area. This acquisition
includes Energy Air’s entire residential division, including, but not limited to, Retail, Maintenance, Services, and
New Construction.
Energy Air will continue its commercial HVAC operations independently, allowing Mechanical One to expand its
residential service capabilities and offer a seamless transition for Energy Air’s residential clients.
